A discovery call to discuss your goals
A custom plan staging plan that suits your home and targets your ideal buyer
1 day installation post staging plan approval
Removal of furniture once the home sells

Home much does home staging cost?

Our home staging services start at $3,500 but that price can vary depending on the needs of your home. When you set up your discovery call with us, we’ll discuss your goals, ideal buyer, and what the budget would look like.

Where do you get your furniture?

The furniture we utilize for staging projects comes from various vendors that are only accessible by home stagers and interior designers. In addition to these vendors, we often incorporate elements from retailers including Pottery Barn, Burke Decor, and more.

How long do I have the furniture?

When you hire Spruced Up Staging to stage your home, we will stage and install the furniture in one day and it will stay in the home through the sale of the property.

Can you “stage” my house to live in?

While we do not offer services to “stage” your home to live in, we do offer consultation services to help you breathe new life into your home with the reassurance of one of our designers! Our consultations are personalized and include up to two hours of in-home consultation.
